These are some of the more common questions we have been asked. Feel free to send us an email if your question is not answered on this page.

Outside these areas will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

A fee will be charged for checks returned for non-sufficient funds.

What if I don't want my neighbors knowing I used your service?

Clearly, we hope that you will be pleased to brag about our service to your neighbors and friends. But, your information and services provided are entirely confidential! We will not share your information unless it is a necessary part of the service provided.

My last provider refused to take me to the bar - will you take me there?

We are not here to tell you where you may go. On the other hand, our safety is as important to us as your own. If a caregiver does not feel comfortable with a requested service - they have the right to refuse that service.

I am sorry that my mom threw up in your car, but does she really need to pay to clean it up?

We do charge a modest fee to cover our expenses if an accident occurs to cover professional cleaning. We pride ourselves on providing a clean and safe environment to all of our clients. Your mom's accident does impose an extra expense that the fee helps cover.

Just as your mom doesn't want to ride in a car that smells of cigarettes, we don't let other clients smoke in the car to keep that environment clean for her and everyone else.

My mother forgot her appointment and wasn't home - why am I being asked to pay for an hour of service?

If you have scheduled a visit from our caregiver, then we are required to devote resources to providing the service to you. Our policy is that unless we are notified 24 hours in advance of a cancellation, then we will have to bill you for the minimum one hour of service to cover our expenses.

Lisa's daughter offered to take care of my shopping. I don't really know her - but why should I use Help4.Today instead?

Lisa's daughter may be a wonderful person. You may wish to get to know her and develop a great friend. But, she will not be able to give you guarantees about being licensed, bonded, and insured.

Help4.Today is a fully insured, licensed, and bonded Arizona LLC. Your confidence in our services does not have to be based on a guess.

My grandpa needs a ride to the doctor, but he uses a walker to get around. Can you take him this Tuesday?

We are very happy to assist your grandpa getting to his appointment. If your grandpa can get into and out of the car with minimal assistance, then we will be able to help. Unfortunately, if your grandpa is not considered ambulatory (unable to walk on his own) then we are not equipped to provide that service.
Call or email if you want to discuss his specific condition.
